The CD is finished! - July 23, 2007
Hi All,
The CD is finally done. It was terrific working with Eric Kilburn @ Wellspring Sound in Acton, MA. What a tremendous resource to have, and in my own back yard too! I am thrilled with the outcome and can't wait to get the final CD's back from the manufacturer. My daughters have grown weary of the whole process and have no desire to listen to it at this point.
My dear friend and soul sister Maria Yunis did a great job with the graphic design and art work.
I will have the completed CD's this week, just in time for the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival at the end of this week.
Hope to see you there, come and introduce yourself and say hello!

Dawn In the studio in July - July 9, 2007
Dawn is currently at work in the studio recording an album of original songs with Eric Kilburn @ Wellspring Sound in Acton, MA. The new recording will feature guest appearances by Rich Stilman on Banjo and Phil Bloch on Fiddle. Don Barry is on Upright Bass and Eric Kilburn lends his talents on mandolin, dobro and weissenborn.

Dawn Selected For Falcon Ridge Emerging Artist Showcase - June 23, 2007
Dawn has been selected for the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase on July 27, 2007 in HIllsdale, NY. It is a great line up this year featuring such greats as John Gorka, Lucy Kaplansky, Arlo Guthry, Mary Gauthier, Richard Shindell and many others.
